Easy entry, exit, and check-in. Modern and clean facilities. Helpful and freindly staff. Pet freindly with lawn, trees, and dog walk near the riverbed. Full hook-ups.

The campground was beautifully kept. All facilities were clean and taken care of. Pool was lovely and refreshing. They are very dog friendly. The only complaint....they did not mention that there was not a drop of water in the river. We paid extra for a river front spot to have no river to look at. That was very disappointing!

Dieser Campingplatz war auf unserer Rundreise durch Kalifornien der sauberste Platz und zwar in allen Bereichen, Aufenthaltsraum, Pool, Restrooms, Stellplatz. Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Trotz verspäteter Ankunft war alles gut für uns vorbereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz nahegelegener Autobahn hätten wir diesen Platz gern länger genossen. Dann hätte es allerdings ein kleines Problem gegeben: Da wir aus Europa angereist waren, hatten wir weder Campingtisch noch - stühle dabei. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir diese Dinge doch ein wenig vermisst. Zusammengefasst: Von vielen guten RV Parks, die wir auf unserer Tour genutzt haben, der Beste!

Clean, large spaces. River view sites somewhat noisy because of freeway that is nearby. Has some long-term campers but sites are clean and uncluttered. One downside is the WiFi access - the signal strength is very low so internet access is often not available.

I wouldn't consider this an RV resort but has a nice pool, recreation areas and barbeque. a well maintained facility with easy access to Highway 99 and in the matter of our stays there for a weekend, convenience to downtown Bakersfield and places we were headed. staff has always been accomodating and curteous. The facility is adjacent to the Kern River, which is not always running but in our last visit it did have water which added to the ambiance. Nice trails alongside and city park across the way.
