Great reputation, large sites, near bus stop. Near Old Town, Railroad Museum, Cal Expo-State Fair, Sutter's Fort, State Capitol, Sacramento River recreation, American River Bike Trail (37 paved miles), Power Balance Pavilion "Home of the Kings," River Cats AAA Baseball, near CSUS and UC Davis.
