This was our first time at a RV resort as we generally tend to stick to state or provincial parks. I was a little apprehensive when I booked this in late winter as I had no idea what to expect from a resort right in Long Beach and near the freeways. Rest assured, we were pleasantly surprised when we pulled in. The office staff were friendly and helpful in getting us registered. We knew we weren't going to be at the resort for the two full days we were there as we were visiting my son in Redondo Beach but it seemed the perfect place to stay and do day trips from. We did not notice any freeway noise at all at night. The facilities were clean and well maintained. If we had more time we would have wandered the immediate area either on foot or on the shuttle. We would definitely return to this resort, we suggested it to friends coming from Germany in case they hadn't booked anything already.
