We visited this OLD and QUAINT RV park for the weekend. The people running this park are apprachable and helped out whenever we had questions. The lake is man-made and is always flowing. The restrooms were kept clean and well maintained.
No our children could NOT climb th rocks (responsible parents wouldn't allow it anyhow)
We rented peddle boats and were charged the $5.00 fee, however, since the park was not really busy, the manager allowed us to be on the lake for hours!!!
The Buzzard Bar, quite fun and coldest beers in Temecula were had by all ! ! !
Thanks for a relaxing and fun weekend.

If you don't mind camping right across the road from disrespectful drunken residents or waking up to some drunk camper urinating in your campsite next to your tent, then this is the place for you. If you're going for a camping experience, then I would do some further searching. Management is non-existent after 9 o'clock, so there is no sleeping before 2-3 am because of all the loud partying. I will not be recommending this place to any friends. (maybe enemies). Just to be fair, the lake was a nice diversion with swimming and fishing, but not enough to outweigh the negative. Could be a good place with good management. Sadly, not the case.

I went this past weekend with my daughter and two of her friends. We arrived at around 1:30, I paid the day use fee and was then told by the woman in the office that we had to leave by 5:00. Their website says until dark and when I reminded her of this, she decided to change what she had said. So right off the bat we felt unwelcome.
The kids were hoping to swim, but the water is so filthy and murky I couldn't let them get in. We were charged an additional $5 for them to be able to use the paddleboat which you wold think would have been offered since there wasn't really anything else there to do. There is a rock formation in the "lake" which the kids (17 years old, mind you) thought would be nice to sit and relax on, however once they climbed on, the woman in charge yelled quite loudly at them to get off and continued to yell even as they were climbing down. Service was incredibly rude, it was overpriced and I cannot recommend going there to anyone.
