Nice, clean and compact RV park. Good information and service. Adequate facilities. Recreation room with free coffee and homemade cookies! 10 Minutes walk to the beach. Short drive to Monterey, peninsula and coast.

Cute and cozy park. Not very large. They are in the process of converting the park into an upscale modular mobile home park but don't expect it to open for another year or so. Price was pretty prices at $70 a night but that may just be the going rate for this area. Location is convenient to the Monterey Peninsula and area attractions. Sites were very clean and swept pea gravel with cute fireplace on each site. Despite the size of the park and cozy sites, there is plenty of trees for privacy. Also the park is pretty well sheltered from the wind which is a plus in this area. The recreation room and fitness room are nice and clean. We toured the "Beach Front Homes" for sale which are modular homes that will be put on each of the RV sites once they sell them. It is too bad because there are few RV parks in this area.
