We are only minutes from I-5, University of the Pacific, "Restaurant Row", Stockton's main businesses and entertainment as well as the newly renovated Downtown Waterfront District. We stayed here while visiting University of the Pacific in Stockton. Small, quite park right in a marina and on a delta waterway. We prefer a pull-thru but the staff was very helpful backing into a site with a great view of the delta out the bedroom window. Great site, nice grass picnic table etc. Not a lot of extras, just a good clean RV park. If you brought a boat or were into fishing this would be perfect.
