It's unfortunate about my experience with Rosedale RV Park. I have been a customer for years and my job is constantly transplanting to Bakersfield and up until recently I was happy with Rosedale Village. I am appalled at the fact that this company employees an individual as crass and unprofessional as the park manager Barb. Don't ever stay here because you will be accosted by her demeaning attitude and language and she will definitely embarrass you and talk about you to other tenants. She makes it like some big high school, it's horrible. However, taking it one step forward she made disparaging comments about an ex-employee that is a friend of mine that were illegal, I informed the corp manager and I think the owner. Both of whom didn't even acknowledge me. So this is my battle. I want this company to stop treating consumers as garbage. We make them money and they have no customer service skills. With further investigation and being told by Barb they sell homes next door, hell she told me that they won't even replace a heater that recently went out on one of the new homes they bought "owner is cheap".please don't buy them, pay your rent late, move out of RV Park and go somewhere else. This company is horrible and will continue to rape you as a consumer, make them appreciate you as a customer. Flood their email with complaints about their manager and her friends.
